Every year that the Winterclash goes down it seems like bladers are constantly upping their game. Whether it be the tricks that they've mastered all year to bring to the contest, the creative lines that they are putting together with existing and new obstacles or even how intoxicated they're going to get before, during and after the session. Winterclash is the kick off for the contest season and a glimpse into what 2012 has in store. From what I can gather, the future is looking bright.
Write-up by Kevin Chow
Edit by Benjamin Büttner with additional filming by Patrick Piesik
Music by Max 'Maximoe' Schweikert and Don '2BorroMI' Monnet
Here is the first official Be-Mag edit from the 2012 Winterclash. If you haven't had a chance to experience it in person, this is the next best thing and incentive for you to pull your life together, start saving money and be at next years event. Special thanks to Jojo, the contest & park staff, every booth at the trade show and last but not least, everyone who attended Area 51 over the two days. We couldn't have done it without you.

Winterclash never gets old because there are always fresh faces making it up to the pro level each year. The pros stay or go based on their ability to keep up, and I think this is a good example of healthy competition. keep up the good work and way to keep blading exciting!
