Boston’s skate scene is awesome because we have a good mixture of skaters from all generations. We have a variety of skaters of all ages. Many of the OG’s who took a break are getting back into it and the shop exposes many new faces to the sport.

The 'Escape from New York Tour 2012' coming up to THURO was exactly what I needed. Owning a shop is good experience but very tough. I sacrifice all personal time with family, friends and skating so it was great to get out of the shop, show everybody around and skate! It was a great weekend with amazing people and everyone threw down. I’d say it was a success. Hopefully it’ll turn into a yearly trip.
