There are a lot more things outside of skating in the world of skaters, so we decided to make a new series, the cooking series, where we show what special dishes your favourite pros and industry heads are cooking. For the start we met up with Doug from Misled Media.
Name of the meal: Loaded OmeletIngredients: Eggs, Pepper-jack Cheese, Bacon, Green Peppers, Spinach, Tomatoes, & Cucumbers
How to make it: Dice up all the veggies, Cook the bacon, stir-up eggs (usually 3 eggs per person)... melt some butter on your frying pan to prevent stickage. Medium to high heat. Pour the eggs in, let them cook a bit.... sprinkle all the yummy ingredients (put the cheese on top of all the veggies & bacon) on top of half... then flip the other side on top (to make a half circle). Add salt & pepper if you prefer. Eat, eat, eat.
Costs of the meal: Moderately Cheap....
Best way to server it: ...along side pancakes or french toast.
