Thinly slice the cucumbers in a bowl, add two tbsp sourcream and then add pepper and garlic salt. Put in the refrigerator and let chill for atleast 30 minutes. For the Klose I used a mix.

Name of the meal: Schnitzel with potato dumplings and cucumbersalad

Ingredients:
Cucumber Salad: cucumber, sour cream, pepper, garlic salt
Klose mix
Schnitzel
Bread Crumbs
Brown Sauce

Preparation

How to make it:
Thinly slice the cucumbers in a bowl, add two tbsp sourcream and then add pepper and garlic salt. Put in the refrigerator and let chill for atleast 30 minutes. For the Klose I used a mix. So basically combine the mix with two cold cups of water until smooth and let sit for 10 minutes for it to harden. Form into 8 balls and then boil for 15 minutes. During the mean time bread the snitzel and fry in the pan using olive oil. And towards the end go ahead and make your brown sauce which only takes 2 minutes. The entire meal takes about 45 minutes to make.

August 10th, 2006 @ 06:17 - by daniel hates wisconsin daniel hates wisconsin

why did Jan change his T shirt for making the schnitzel? Is that part of the process? And wtf is brown sauce? Or Kloze mix?

August 10th, 2006 @ 03:09 - by Be-Mag Be-Mag

speciality from Austria/Germany...probably ten times better than a burrito or a philly cheese steak...
