The first wildcards have been announced for the IMYTA +. Read who received them and why. Congratulations to you guys!
IMYTA+Announcing the fist wildcards

The IMYTA+ in Amsterdam set for September 22, 23 and 24 draws ever more near. More qualification events have happened and their winners have qualified for the IMYTA+. The IMYTA+ organisation is now ready to announce a few of the wildcards it is awarding to skaters who have not had the opportunity to qualify but who, by reputation and skill, deserve to be in IMYTA+
The first wildcard goes to
Benny Harmanus from Germany. Heavily involved with the industry and the actual organiser of the PIT event that is the qualifier for IMYTA+ in Germany, he does not have an easy opportunity to qualify. But as he is an amazing skater, we are glad to give him a spot.
The second wildcard goes to
Chaz Sands, who will be in Woodward for most of the summer without easy access to a qualifier event. We are pretty sure he is tuning his tech and rail skills into further perfection at the Woodward facility and are eager to see what he will then throw on real street.
The third wildcard will go to
Albert Hooi. There was no question that the former IMYTA all star champion deserves a spot at IMYTA+
The fourth wildcard is for
Adrian Wallace, for winning the incredibly hard-to-win Madrid X Battle.
The more mathematically talented amongst you might figure that the IMYTA+ organisation has only one wildcard left to give away. Formally this is true, but with the keen interest shown in the event by some of skating's best, and
not enough qualifiers left to support them all we might decide to exceed the number of wildcards by just a few. You can be sure IMYTA+ will do so only if a skater definitely deserves it, as is clearly the case with the riders mentioned above.
