Everybody arrived between 1.30 and 3 o’clock at our meeting point and first spot „Basler Messeplatz“. Riders from the French Part of Switzerland, German Part of Switzerland, South Germany & France came over for the Event. At least 100 Skaters. Big up to everybody that showed up!

We had 5 great Street Spots to go on our List. But 10minutes before we started the Competition it starts to Rain. Aight, that`s Switzerland, after a beautiful Morning, Rain in the Afternoon.
So we all moved to our first option of a covered Spot right behind the Messeplatz. But as we are arrived there, we had to see that they started rebuilding the Area last week, and had already broken down the Rails. That was not possible to know, cause we had been there 2 Weeks ago to check it out.
Reto: top acid
Now, the crowd was waiting, and Chris, Beck, Luki and Me had to find an other possibility for a first Spot, cause it was still Raining. We drove to another Rail behind the Are, to have a look at it, but it was to crazy for a first Spot.
So we all moved downtown by Cars and Busses for a Covered Area under a Bridge, where 1 big and 2 smaller square stair Rails are. That was our first Spot.
Crazy stuff went down; 360 Kindgrind, 270 back Savanah, backside Fastslide, 270 Soyal and some more Tricks. At this Point, thanks to the Riders that they were still happy to Compete on that first Spot.

After an 1 Hour Session it stopped Raining, but it was still wet. So we went to the 2nd Spot. It was right down the Street at the Zoo. A small bank to Flat Rail to Gap. That was basically our Idea for Spot Nr. 4. On that spot some more of the Riders are getting motivated to Skate the Competition. Beat Schillmeier started to destroy it. Topsoul – TTS – Wallride, and some other Stuff you will see on the Edit soon.
After that we went to the Final Spot, a long Kinkrail. Basically it was Spot Nr. 3, but our Real Final Spot (The Theatre) was still wet, and the Ground was slippery, so we hade to change it. We took the 5 best Skaters from the last 2 Spots together for a 10min Session. And after that we got a Winner, Beat Schillmeier.

We all meet up at 1.30 downtown for Party. It was a festival downtown, with tents and music everywhere.
After a crazy Party we had to walk 1 hour to Lukis House and arrived there at 5.30-6.00? in the morning. My alarm was ringing at 8 o’clock to travel to Aarau for opening the Rolling Rock Shop and Skatepark from 10am – 10pm.
