DVD Review: 2 Feet

2 Feet is a DVD by Lonnie Gallegos. Due to the bright yellow colour of the cover and the disc you can almost feel the warmth of the sweet Californian weather as soon as you take it out of your DVD shelf. 2Feet is about what rollerbladers do with their feet. What I really like about the whole intro and the cover of the DVD is that you can see that Lonnie has fun doing what he does. This is not some production that tries to be sincere or however you would like to call it. 2Feet is about having fun and that’s all about it!

Michael Obedoza might sound unfamiliar to your ears. But as soon as you have seen his section you will love this guy. He is not trying to match any particular style. He is just laying down hammers with a big smile all over his face. I also don’t think that we have to argue whether the next skater, which is Matt Moya, can skate or not. But the intro to his section made him look like a real dork. If you manage to watch until the actual skating start you won’t be disappointed. This dude knows how to use his 2Feet!

The ‘Homies’ section of the DVD is packed with sick tricks. Ever tried to AO Topacid to 270 BS Royal a kinked handrail? Who was the secret weapon in Mindgame’s Accidental Machines? Yes, you are right it’s Ben Schwab. In Accidental Machines Ben skated as if he had to proof something and this is what he also does here. I personally think that he might want to proof that he is not just trying to be 2Farmer but that he is one of the best rollerbladers in the world. This guy is just crazy and I still wonder why it took him so long to blow up like this! Rob Guerrero has been there like forever and he is still a great skater. The first rail he does is sick, it’s long, painted, kinked downwards and to the side and it is raining pretty heavily. Rob G. is a former IMYTA heavyweight champion and even today he is still on top of the game without the support of some major sponsor. This is something that really deserves the respect of all of us!

The second ‘Homies’ section features the who is who of rollerblading. Rachard Johnson, Dustin Latimer, Chris Farmer, JC, Alex Broskow, Randy ‘Roadhouse’ Spizer, Don Bambrick and some others. If you want to know more than that Alex kills a stair rail with a Topside Acid 360 out up the rail you will have to buy the DVD. But if you don’t want to see these guys you will probably want to see Haffey do tricks which might not even be possible in Tony Hawk’s pro skater computer games! This Haffey dude is so damn good at rollerblading and he can make your jaw drop with every section he comes up with!

Yes. I agree, the review is not perfect, he didn't say anything about the way Lonnie FILMS, the angles used etc. But he metioned the vibe the video has, the fun you will feel while watching this beautiful piece of art.
And it was pleasure to see Gillan and Killgore killin it! It made my day, seriously!
Best wishes to Jerry Gallegos, hope he will get out of jail soon, i really love his skating..

2Feet is my favorite video that has come out this year, hands down. It's rollerblading and a bunch of good music (Lonnie always has the exclusive shit as far as music goes). Buy it.Period

i dont even know where to start, but this review is really, really bad. please, dont write sentences in english when you dont know if theyre correct or not. it almost hurts to read them.

other than that, every review seems to be the same. you could tell more about the feeling the particular video has, the development of the producer, the music, some outstanding or innovative tricks, lines, styles... i really dont care about aotopsoul 2 royales on kinkrails.
