Roskilde 2013 – Chapter 4 – Over And In

If you know how high Eito Yasutoko can fly, then you know why the vert show was one of the highlights of the past few days. And if you don’t know, now you know. Everybody actually performed well, and it was great to see everybody so pumped while the crowd actually pushed them to land big tricks. But when the Eito show is on, there’s more chance he’d land on the other side of the moon than at the bottom of the ramp. His warm up tricks alone would earn him first place on just about any contest, and the amplitude of his airs is simply unmatched. The scariest part is just how quiet and relaxed Eito looks while flying 10 feet above the coping. To keep this one short, there’s a reason why this guy is the best vert skater in the world… In ANY sport. Everyone that got a chance to see him perform at Roskilde knows that now.

I’ll spare you the details on the closing evening party, I’m sure King Strosi’s pictures will give you the right idea anyway. Plus I’ve got to run now, we’re done with the blading part, but now is the time the real fun actually starts. And I wouldn’t want to miss a single bit of it!
