M1 Damien Wilson Review

Rob Squire made a nice litte review about the new M1 Damien Wilson wheels:

I have been skating the damien wilson wheels for a few months now and this is my input on them:

-Amazing Grip
-Hold up a lot longer than the old M1s
-Smooth Ride

They are hands down the best park wheel ive ever skated. They give you a really smooth, and controlled ride. Our skatepark here has an extremely slippery floor but the wheels grip so well i never have a problem. They arent over grippy so they will not interefere with cess slides and thats a big thing to me too because i love cess slides and i do a lot of them. They wear much slower then the old M1 wheels did. I have been skating  the same set since April 7th and they still have most of the graphic on them, and slight wear. Keep in mind i dont skate every  day of the week, i skate about 3-4 times a week. They still have a shit load of life left in them. They didnt chunk on me or anything like that, but they get little tiny cracks in them after the first few sessions on rough ground, but these smoothed back out and the wheels were fine again. I made it a point to skate some of the roughest spots we had and i was actually trying to chunk the wheels by skating spots with such bad ground but the wheels held up like champs and weren’t really bothered by horrible ground. I went to tallahassee for the panhandle pow wow early this month(june) and it rained a lot so we were skating in the rain most of the time. I still had perfect grip when i was literally skating through puddles in front of this one ledge. In conclusion id just like to thank wally for the oppurtunity to test out these dope ass wheels, and i can safely say im sold on these wheels. I will deffinately be picking up another set when these finally wear down completely.
