Wanted: Roll Series Continental Directors

There is an amazing amount of support for what the Roll Series is doing; taking contests that used to be isolated and merging them into a larger network of events. Contest hosts and local scenes are noticing larger than average turnouts due to their events being a part of something bigger. Because of this, we’d like to share this and urge other continents to do the same. Whether it is called the Roll Series or not is unimportant.

With that said, we are looking for someone in Europe, Asia, Australia and South America (but if Africa and Antarctica are capable, then that’s cool too?) to step up and become Continental Directors, helping to unify street and park contests everywhere. Essentially, we are looking for people that are interested in helping create what we’ve done here in North America. Qualifications:

- You must be a skater that has been skating for a long time, still skates and is in the know with what’s currently happening in rollerblading. We are not interested in people who don’t skate on a regular basis.

– Experience hosting skate contests.

– The ability and motivation to network with other skaters and contest hosts within the continent that you live.

– A basic understanding of web and graphic design.

– A love and passion for our sport.
