The 11th Annual Windy City Riot will take place on Friday, July 27th and Saturday, July 28th in 2012. This year, WCR will again include a skatepark contest. This will take place on Friday, July 27th. The skatepark location (which is in the Chicagoland area) will be announced soon.
The skatepark contest will include an amateur and pro/open class. Neither class will have restricted registration. The pro/open class will have a cash prize. The street contest will take place in the Chicagoland area on Saturday, July 28th. For security reasons, the meeting spot and spot list will be announced about a week before the contest.
The street contest is one pro/open class with a cash prize of at least $1,000 to first place. In 2011, first place was $1,500. The total purse exceeded $2,000. Please send a text message to 630.697.6312 with a request to be added to the SMS list if you would like to be kept up-to-date. If you are on the Fruitboot SMS list already you will not need to send this request. See you soon!
