i bet there were quite a few themes like this one, but still...
i am thinking of buying myself new skates and my prime choices are any Xsjados or Remz 0802

whch ones would you prefer? which ones are more flexible?

Try checking out the Remz 09 one skates (http://www.locoskates.com/product_info.php?products_id=581) as I doubt you will be able to get the 08 skates so easily now. I think you'll find that the Remedys are a bit more flexible simply because the cuff is a bit lower than the Xsjado skates (http://www.locoskates.com) - hope that helps you out buddy.

Both skates are not in my top choices to roll but i have owned both remz and xsjado's and i prefer the xsjado's they are more comfortable to me and have better control not so fat feet like. Thats just me though good luck

they don't skate close to horribly, but the 'liner' had too much foam taken out in the mod and they feel thin at the top, so they're not very comfortable to topside in i'm afraid.

i prefer my carbons or remz first. i'm wishing for some new xsjado action like many around here i suspect, but not holding my breath... it is the conference after all.

Ahhhh getting pulled back into Be-Mag. My life was going so smooth and now I'm back.

Josh those pictures are so good. Especially the last one. I still loved the look of the OG remz compared to every skate.

As for the question. I love cuffless Remz. Especially once your ankles get used to being able to move freely again. Such a different feel for skating. Lace them up super tight though. So fun. Xsjados are really comfy, they fit well and they're responsive... But once you skate something like a Remz or a Carbon the cuff feels like a cast and the soul is too square and bulky. They need to slim that shit down and design a lower cuff. Still a great skate though.

The newest Remz look a lot better than previous models too...it looks like they stiffened a lot of the materials up. I heard a rumor that something new and exciting is coming out this Christmas apart from the Haffey and I hope it's not another OS.

After reading that Marke Korte interview I can't help but think Xsjado might be axed or be put under the USD brand. Scary stuff. I really want to see what the 2nd generation skate would look like.

I love how the most genius and innovative skate designers are on this board... I pray for the day Josh, Jacob and AL are all working for equipment manufacturers in rollerblading. We may have to wait until we're 40... But I think it will happen.
