I know you don't party but for other people, it's right down from the strip. The rates have been fluxuating from $60-$90. I don't know what the rate will be by then, but it's not too bad a place.

Dude fuck hotel partying. That shit is for underagers, and is sooooo unnecessary in Tally. The Pow-wow will have another awesome after-party, which coinsidently will allow underagers. It's at the Lilly-Pad aka Mike Lilly's house OMG!

YO Jon, I'm still working out the details. I haven't decided if there is going to be a pro division, and am division. It will most likely be this format, but will really depend on the turn out of "boot pros." However from what I understand, the top 5 ams at the WRS events qualify for a spot at the AIL qualifier which then allows them to qualify for the WRS finals in San Diego. So the top 5 ams from the Pow-wow will qualify for the AIL, which I believe you have already qualified for.

So back to your question Jon. From the WRS stand point it's "boot pro" only. From my stand point (as the organizer of my event), I believe I can make exceptions to allow who ever I feel is qualified to raise the level of exictement of the contest. Skaters that continuously make it deep into the rounds of major events qualify as "pro" in my book. :wink:

Just a word of advice. You may want to look into flying into Jacksonville, Pensacola, or ATL, then busing it over. Flying into Tally CAN be pricy.

But if you fly into Tally, I got you.

To Tallahassee from-

JAX- 2.5/3 hours

Orlando- 5-6 hours

Gainesville- 3-4 hours



I would suggest flying into Tallahassee regional. It may be a little more, but at least you are there and can relax. Saving money but having to pay to get to Tally and enduring more road stress probably isn't worth it.

Short term memory or lack there of is why I keep repeating myself, and my long term memory reminds me that the majority of the people were done with finals the 1st weekend of May last year. The Pow-wow this year is the 2nd weekend of May.
