Got these brand new off ebay for 50 bucks. Reign liners, swapped the souls for the grey 2 piece and took off the 50 50's for the f1's. Liners are soooo sweet

They are from 2003, i have a pair as well. Good find btw though stock looks a million times better and skates better than that setup.

Didn't these skates come stock with Fiziks? Also, many people wouldn't consider putting 2 piece souls on an upgrade.

I would suggest you to take a look at the "post your setup" thread just above, on the last page.
You might have some insight on what really made those skates, great skates. I.e. 3 piece UHMV soul frame, Fiziks frame & flat setup.

Yeah i made some uhmw souls myself freddy since uhmw is alot better but when those came stock it was with normal plastic souls painted over with chrome/silver paint. Everything else is the same though, fiziks riding them flat is what made the setup awesome along with the 3 pieces even though they were plastic.
Are the three piece souls really better? This is my first pair of USD's so im not in the know. I think the two piece look better, what are the pro's and con's of 3 piece vs 2 piece? Thanks
Btw no fiziks, these came with 50-50's and they were really short.

Sounds like you got jipped.

Yes they were re created but everything on them is the exact same as the stock setup except for the fact that i made the souls out of uhmw since its 10 times better than regular plastic.
props for making your own souls. How did you do it?

Really long process haha, had old 3 piece souls that were a bit worn from Louie Zamora and used those as templates. Bought sheets of black uhmw, used this tool called a router and carved out the wells for the frames after i traced out what the souls looked like and where the frame is placed. Then after i made the grooves for the frames proceeded to cut out the tracing of the souls then finally routered the side that touches the boot just where it needed to be to lock into place into the backslide plates since its only on the front part of the souls like how normal 2 piece/3 piece souls are. Then painted them chrome/silver. Going to find a more shiny chrome like the original ones tomorrow probably and re paint the souls.
to bad our feet are so different because i'd cop you my og chrome 3 piece. I'd love to make my own souls uhmw is awesome stuff. Great job dude, they look stock.

I'd definitely be down for original 3 pieces that came with them but its cool. I want to find a more glossy paint like how they are stock, since mine looks a little bit more bland again all good though. Uhmw is awesome for sure and i got alot for cheap, actually made the hitchhikers for my fiziks with a block of uhmw as well (only way to ride fiziks so they groove nicely and last).
