View Full Version : Mad City Throwdown 2009, April 4, Madison, WI
The Mad City Throwdown is returning to 4 Seasons Skate Park in Madison, Wisconsin for its second year. The event will be the third Amateur Inline League stop on the 2009 schedule and will take place Saturday, April 4 at 4:00PM. This year the event will be MC'd by Bitter Cold Showdown founder and organizer Daniel Kinney. Competitor registration is $25.00 and will consist of three divisions, beginner (14 & under), intermediate and advanced. The fee for spectators will be $5.00.

hopefully some adjustments will be made to the park that will make it MUCH MUCH better then it is now...its terrible. but i will be there without a doubt. KOLINER you should come for sure!

I will be there along with the rest of hte galena/dubuque crew (a whooping 6 of us :lol: ) i'll post this on iowa connection. brian krans was talking about getting a shit ton of people to go to this. i'm super pumped even tho i suck and suck especially bad at that park!!

Just to clarify, the winners will only receive cupcakes, and Roger Langley will be on hand to help any company that participates in the trade show. He really wants to earn his way back to Bitter Cold and this is the best way he thought of to do it.

the Bangoff will be amazing, razors has already confirmed theyre bringing guys out.... but yeah the comp last year had a few of the bigger names.... people im friends with, but as this years comp organizer said "honni had no affect on the competition" even though he wasnt there or anything.
whatever though, ill be at the Milwaukee BBQ,Beer,Blades, and Blunts sesh... were going to madison after the competition though to skate with our friends sunday.
im not gonna say anything negative about the comp (even though i easily could), just know it wont be anything like last years..
but as this years comp organizer said "honni had no affect on the competition" even though he wasnt there or anything.
