not hating on chyna, but i saw one in her edit and it made me think about it. i cant think of any time ive seen an impressive(stylish) stall with an h-block trick. back in the day people did backside stalls, and i guess i could see a cool torque or backslide stall if i was done right. i dunno im bored.

i hate when people do backslide stalls to faki to do their full cab kind grind... i liked it way more if you backside stalled then went faki...
but other than airing or a small grind to go back i dont really like people who skate mini's with stalls...
it would be steezed if people started making it a point to do hard stalls. shima gets down.

Yo, Ian I am with you, but there is one exception, grabbed bs backslide stall to fakie. I am talking like grab that shit, kind of sit-down/pull your leg out with the grab and then kick out while still grabbing when you pop out to fakie. Next time we are at the park I will do one for you and if you don't think it is stylish then I'll be damned.
Seriously, though, how fucking hard is it just to hit a back royale, topsoul, fishbrain stall, or even a steezy long backside? I hate when people backside stall shit, that is not even an actual trick in the world of steez, it is merely a wrong answer.

have you ever skated a mini ramp?
many people go up one side of the ramp and do a front torque/backslide stall and come in faki instead of turning around to do a backside stall then turning around to go in faki...
the trick was just for reference... haha.
got it now. read it wrong, damn rollerblading for making such similar trick names.

depends if its on something real high like something you need to transfer onto.
some of us aren't lucky enough to have minis wide enough to not have to do backside stalls

there are always circumstances where backside stalls are pretty necessary, or at least a lot easier than alternatives. fishbrain stall? ive been getting down with topporn stalls but i suck at topsides :(

uhhh i guess if you're filming it its not really cool, but when i'm skating a mini its usually just fucking around and i do lots of backside stalls

Most rollerblading trick names are terrible, but those two are by far the worst.
ha i didnt make them up, but i thought they were kind of cool.

I'm down with Fish Brain stalls (w/grab) because that's all I can do on mini...
I agree, H-Block stalls look weird, like you're not really doing anything.
Shima does stalls correct, there like disaster cesar mora stalls.
its tight when he does weird switchup stalls. he was doing crazy ones at superhick last time i went. or that spine stall switchup at that park in germany...

Thank you, i dont think i have heard the name Cesar Mora in like 10 years, i completely forgot about that guy haha.
Backside stalls are normally just for set up anyway, its certianly not a trick, and certianly nothing get your panties in a bunch about.
But srsly, who does a unity stall on coping?

Just the other day I filmed Blake Kelly do fakie 270 bs torque 270 out to cesslide on a 6 ft quarter.
stalls to cessslides in are that new new. Ive been gettin up on them shits. You also inspired me with your a/o topsoul drop in, I learned tta drop ins like that on saturday night.

i still can't skate coping for shit, but they're building a sweet park here soon and i'll be able to drive by then, so i'll blade whenever it's not too cold
