I'd never heard Rise and Fall before up until I researched them just now after reading your post. They sound quite a bit like Converge, but with a Belgium twist, which I find to be quite pleasing. But you cannot deny the dopeness that is Converge given they're one of the premier metalcore acts.

If I get tix to this show in Chicago, should I grab one for you too? Yeah, IDK Rise and Fall is more "hardcore" sounding.

Less chaotic at most times.
