Hi guys.

After all the stuff that's happened to me over the past few months, I want to get the phrase "Brutally Beautiful" tattooed on me somewhere. They're Sage lyrics, and his music has really done a lot for keeping me strong and focused through some fucked up shit. That phrase just sums life up for me, and more importantly, that it's always worth it.

Anyway, enough of the gayness, I just wanted to ask if anybody had some ideas for where I should put the phrase? I only want it to be really small, like all my tattoos will be. Naturally I'd get it on my right inner bicep, but my DeForest Tattoo is going there.

Any ideas be-mag?

I had a silly idea of having like a hyragliph of a snake swallowing its own tail wrapped around my shin, and having the phrase inside?

I've no idea, any ideas?

in my opinion, the hieroglyph idea sounds kinda cheesy, but if you like it then go for it!

You should share some of the brutality with us so we can see why its so beautiful now. or else your just a loser who likes to draw attention to himself not only by just having a bunch of tattoo's but also by talking about tattoos that you're gonna get. Sorry, I saw a clip of them performing it live on youtube and assumed that they may have wrote it together. Either way, it's still means a great deal to me.

Troll, sorry if you hate me, I've talked about my troubles enough on this board lately so I didn't want to solicite hate from people who may be sick of it. Basically, my girlfriend of 3 years ran off with my best friend about a month ago. Sounds lame, but I can't describe how much she meant to me. I'm good now though, I just think a tattoo is a good way to symbolize the start of the rest of my life. Something on my body that she's never seen, and will never connect with.

I like the phrase brutally beautiful because that's a good summation of life. It can be brutal, but it's always worth it because it's beautiful too.

Sorry if it's lame talking about any of this, and if you hate me now, I just want some advice on cool places to put two little words as a tattoo.

i don't think the tattoo i got for my brother will ever lose its meaning. also the tattoo on my arm is for my uncle who passed. it wont lose its meaning either.
