Yes religious books like the Bible do teach some good moral codes to abide by such as loving thy neighbour, no stealing, killing etc however we already have these morals inside of us, which is why Athiests arent running riot. It's all too easy to see why people are attracted to these religions, but they have their nasty sides and the amount of killing done in the names of all these "gods" is ridiculous. Nobody believes in the Greek gods anymore, i dont see why these are any different.
Out of the 50,000 sick people who have visited Lourdes only 60 odd have lived, most with some Scientific explanation. Im pissed off hahahaha I feel as though the wool has been pulled over my eyes since I can remember, at my old school when I was young evolution wasnt taught even as a theory :?

No one kills in the name of God. It is a miss conception. If you kill in the name of God you are clearly breaking the most sacred rule as a traditional christian. People who kill and are christian like politicians are obviously hiding under a label and the people who get blamed are Christians or Muslims. But Muslim have another story.
Killing in the name of Allah is come about from first brainwashing in the middle ages. The Fatimid Caliphate (dynasty) the first assassin called hashassins by lacing delirious food with hash and feeding that to Muslims. Then would take the Muslims into a garden filled with women, pork and wine. The Muslim would have an amazing time. Then the Fatimid Caliphate would tell the Muslims that they had brought him to paradise and back. If the Muslim would die in the "Allah" or the Fatimid Caliphate name the Muslim would go straight to paradise. Who wouldn't do that? It was the first time brainwashing corrupted man and it is still there now.
Anyone who says they know gods intention is and that it is killing people is a liar to themselves and others.

I hate organized religion, fkin hate it. Why would the christian god , who knows all, hand down his 'word' to a human being?
Humans are not to be trusted to use gods exact word , instead of using 'God' to push their own agendas.
I also hate the fact people in certain churches don't question what their being told, don't question the motives behind the people who organize things.
If the catholics questioned , their probably wouldnt have been so much kiddie sex.
Here in Australia 10% of christians are running 90% of the country.
