Nice colorway, I just wish the liner was either true white, or the same medium grey as the souls and buckle.

They need to fix the front soulplate, re-shape the shock pad, figure out a good liner, and make the forefoot a little wider and the UFS Throne would be an amazing skate.

It's too short, front-to-back, so it raises your heel to the correct position but it leaves the arch/middle of the foot floating. This destabilizes the foot and puts a ton of pressure on the ball of the foot and the "pinky knuckle" area. It should be longer so it supports the foot all the way to the ball of the foot, the Salomon pads were perfect like this.

Not really... a full D width. A smidge wider than normal but not really "wide". The UFS Thrones are just really narrow in the forefoot. They're ok in the heel/ankle. I've seen tons of people try to skate them and have to give them up because they just aren't wide enough.

I can skate them, but I have to take a dremel to the inside of the boot. I put the boot on then i take washable marker and mar the out side of the boot here the pressure points are and dremel at those point on the inside and sand it to smooth it out. Normally i have to make therm wider around where the ball of the foot sits. takes me about 45 min per boot but the outcome is a skate that fits pretty much the the exact shape of yous foot.
