The first day they switched to the new board, none of the old usernames worked. My new one just happened to be logged in when I opened the thread.

About the package, I just got off the phone and they set up a little 'investigation' to figure out where it is. They said I should hear back within two days. I'll pm you the case number if you want to talk to them as well.
