While I completely understand and personally endorse getting rediculously over intoxicated on your birthday (or any other day for that matter) I would encourage you to do so afterwards, or atleast carry a flask.

Dude, the top ten percent already pay a majority of the taxes. They pay taxes to the most unefficent beruacracy in the world where a 100 dollars to them is like 10 dollars to you and I. Those people paying taxes could be paying employees and putting money back into the economy instead of the corrupt government. It doesn't matter where you are on the political scale, the taxation in this country is already fucked up and needs to be fixed.
