anyone have any experience with this, been trying to shoot mountain scenes at night using tmax-400. been compensationg for reciprocity but negs still look crap. any tips be-mag?

what filters are you using? my B&W experience has taught me that without shooting with filters to bring out detail in certain areas, my tonality will look like doo doo.

havent been using any filters, its getting detail in the land that im having trouble with, im only featuring landscape in the bottom third of the frame and mostly having the sky in the frame. any suggestions for a filter, was thinking maybe a graduated filter not sure though

If your processing yourself I'd expose shot for sky and one shot for land in seperate frames and expose/blend them in the darkroom.
