well we just got home to buffalo. cops evicted the whole 200 block at econo lodge at 430am today. with nowhere to stay we just decided to drink some coffee and try and make the drive. i've been up for like 25 hours and am semi retarded right now. who else got fucked over last night?

At first i was upset I couldn't stay the 2nd night in a row, but after hearing about this shit I guess I'm kinda happy.

I have to question what the cops were thinking... sure a lot of rollerbladers were fucking everything up at a hotel, but was the correct answer sending a bunch of blazed drunk rollerbladers back home on 12 hour roadtrips with no sleep? What could cause the bigger problem here?

i organized a little road trip last year for me and 6 friends, we got kicked out of our accomodation, and $200 worth of repair bills came of my credit card ( most of the money i never saw back)

eh it was bullshit. the crowds of people raging outside in the parking lot certainly deserved the boot, but i bet a lot of people were evicted with no good reason. tim adams had brought over the az10 documentary that got cut short at the "nimh premier" party and maybe 12 of us + kevin dowling were in our room with the door shut when we got evicted. it seemed like a poor judgment call by the police to send mass amounts of inebriated youth out onto the streets in the middle of the night. oh well, our drunk drive back to new york went well with no crashing or falling asleep at the wheel.
