Hey Monday, thanks for the feedback, the reason we changed it is because now you can download the pictures easier and there's a highres download (depending on the size of the file that was uploaded). Hope that makes up for the loading time.

Not really... :?

I'd rather visit a slick site then having the option to do something I never did before and probably never will (i.e. downloading a pic).

The actual pics on the page also don't look as crisp as the original size, yet the original size is only a few pixel larger. Wouldn't it be better to upload them so they look good on the page/in the viewer of choice than on another site that can only be reached by pressing another button?

Just my two cent, new site is great otherwise... So is the forum... ;)

Ok we'll look into it, I'm a bit tired of lightboxes, but maybe we can find a better way.

You're right about lightboxes... I just tried to bring the point across about looking at pictures in a gallery without reloading the whole site with tons of pictures already embedded which takes too much time to reload everytime and used it as an example.

I like the way Facebook does it with their gallery. Slick and fast.

Makes sense to have the "original size" still available as I just found a few pics that were huge... Fun to look at and check out the skaters setup/people in the back etc. :cool:
