Liners or insoles [Archive]

be-mag,
My remz 0803 have been hurting the balls of my feet lately. I usually skate alot and i have no other issues w/ the skate. Should I just pop for a new liner or is there an insole I can get to get things back to normal. The insole of the liner is crazy worn, but ive been skating them since dec. any suggestions??

get a new regular insole
and try to find 05 or older liners
should be good

Try a new insole with better arch support, or even an additional/external arch support.

any suggestions on a type or where i can find this? Should I check out a shoe store.
