From the left in my sig:
Varsities: never been skated yet, wheels are still brand new, no scratches whatsoever. they will be tested at the end of the month.
2008 Fatty Pros: I've skated them flat stock, then changed out the frames with an anti setup. then added Carbon soulplates. i did it wrong, got hurt skating. when i healed, i removed the Carbon soulplates and skated them as pictured again. they are fun for dicking around in, but overall quality is lacking with a little too much forward flex and no good heel strap for added support.
1996 Fatty pros: these will not be skated in, or at least not grinded in. they are too cool looking and are a piece of history. i will preserve them.
red 250ccs: just got them in the mail, disassembled them and put the boots in the yellow 250cc UFS set up. i will not be chopping up the soul system for the red 250ccs. they are fully functional as UFS skates.
yellow 250ccs: this is my second pair, the first pair were skated stock flat with the toe cap. i've chopped the soul system in half and made them UFS, and ther will be no toe cap. they are fully functional as UFS skates. they will be skated in an anti setup with Higgs Boson antis.
not pictured:
Transfers: i skated these stock, freestyle setup for a while, then anti. never flat. very solid if not a tad too bulky.
wwait, i thought yellow 250s were non-ufs?
please refresh my memory sir, thank you.
Back in the 90's I skated K2s anti with no toe cap and the bs plate epoxied on. A few weeks ago I got to try a pair of fatty's and they skated like shit compared to modern skates.
Had these a while back:

the 250ccs were not manufactured as UFS, but they made them in such a way that if you are handy with a Dremel tool and have some spare parts laying around, you could make them UFS. that's what i did.
i chopped off the frame, then chopped the remaining souplate in half at it's narrowest point, leaving only the heel. it's the only way to keep a place for the cuff to be attached. then i attached the grey heel to Carbon soul plates using soulplate screws and mounts. there are a few really good places in the heel area to mount them. with no boot or frames attached, they look like diet Xsjados
i'll send you pictures ;)

250cc toe caps, cut to BS plates, one gray cuff, and they used to be teflon frames. i really miss having a ton of old K2 parts, i used to have a complete setup for all 3 of them. the red 250s with all black parts, the kings with light gray frames, and the style points with gray shit. but now i just have enough for one pair at a time and i am missing my other 250 BS plate haha.

I'm rocking the Lennen Transfers at the moment, they're sick. GC3's are OSM too, You can actually torque with this set up.
