broken arm
FEAR - mental injuries are worse than physical
Right shoulder will never be the same.
One concussion, which could have been much worse.
Broken right ankle, sprained left elbow, broken left 4th meta carpel (bone in hand parallel to ring finger), broken left pinky, some weird shit in my right elbow where it swells up really bad any time I hit it, weak wrists...
Oh yeah, forgot bruised right heel, lacerations on both shins, one 12 stitches one was like 4 stitches.

broken leg pretty much fucked my whole skating career. Plus the 13 years of skating has messed up my ankle so much that the doctor told me I might not be able to run this marathon I've been planning for months.

Well ive had lots of injuries, but worst as far as mental and physical combined was smashing my Junk. Tried to gap from a roof overhang, disaster 6 feet to a rail. I caught the edge of the over hang with my skate and basically running man-ed a 6 foot drop to rail nut. I separated some of the tissue in my penis and urethra. Had to have a surgery to fix everything and was cathed for 6 weeks. I have nerve damage in my penis now(nothing totally dibilitating just less sensitive than it used to be) and i was terrified of rails for a year after the injury.

Oh my god.
Yeah pretty much the same thing as that dude i cant remember his name, i wanna say Chris Olpin or something. Anyways nearly the same injury, just had better luck and it was corrected in one surgery.
I just read what oldskizzle wrote and got inspired

Pretty much split my femur in half, had 12 screws and a plate put in first surgery, then taken out 8 months later. Dumbest injury, switch kind grind on this mini fly box ledge, doing it again because I didn't like how I landed the one before.

With rollerblading the worst was some really badly sprain fingers and of coarse the fucked wrists we all have. Almost 11 years and I have been extremely lucky. There have been a ton of falls that I should have had alot worse from.
Snowboarding left me with a broken shoulder on my first day.
Skateboarding left me with a dislocated ulna at the wrist 2 weeks ago.

I've broken both of my wrists more times than I can remember. I broke a couple of bones in my hand, and my knuckle is permenantly pushed into my hand now too. My ankles pretty fucked as well. I've also had a concusion. That's about it.
My wrist has to be the worst. Now, every so often it swells up to like twice it's size and I can barely move it for a couple of days.
Broke my radius and ulna twice.
this one definitely, shit put me out for many months.

In skating, there seems to be people who only break bones, and people who smash up everything but bones...

hahaha at bent ribs plasticman
I broke my arm, but what really killed me most was getting into a motorcycle accident. I broke my tib, fib, and had a metal rod in my one leg for 2 years, got it removed last year finally. I want to note I skated with the rod in my leg couple months after it was put in, skatings still tough for my legs but I don't think i'll ever stop.

I sprained my ankle trying to grind up a football post onto a quarter pipe. Then had to cycle home on it. Basically, up the side of my ankle, it feels like it is too short. Can't really explain, and I didn't bother getting it checked so ah well.
The ganglion poked out quite badly, and then I never saw it again after going skiing.
I jumped into a bank, fucked up and managed to mend my bottom right rib so its pointy.
Mystery injury refers to my currently undiagnosed knee injury, although the doctor said its probably my ACL.

yeah, i just noticed that while reading through the thread agian. i've never outright broken anything. the cracked ribs healed on their own, dislocated shoulders are only dislocated and i forgot to mention that i had a hairline fracture in my right femur that healed on it's own.
i have more problems with my joints than anything. never really had any wrist issues that i can remember.
Nothing really bad
I tore something minor in my left knee b/c my foot got pinned and my leg twisted
Skinned my right knee really bad once
Lost my footing and fell all my weight onto my hip (huge bruise/limp) off a box

Oh and I once fell into the corner of a box and rammed my kidneys.
