I had an expected package today, which is the 25th. I woke up at 7AM and it is currently 7:15PM as I type just to wait for my fucking skates from rollerwarehouse. I've been keeping an eye on the fed ex updates via email but it hasn't updated since last week. Sure enough I call them and they go "Um, your package is rescheduled for the 27th"

"How come I wasn't notified?"

"I'm sorry sir we're doing the best we can"

"Well that's fine, can you at least tell me where it currently is?"

"It says last checkpoint was in Nevada on the 21st... so it's somewhere between RENO and New York"

I never had a good experience with FedEX ever ever and I've been skating long enough to be pissed off about this cause I keep ordering from skateshops that use FedEX. I'm sorry but as good as customer service is over at rollerwarehouse their use of shippers can eat a fucking dick. Even when I order 2nd day or 3 day it still takes a fucking week to come. I just needed to vent.

Now I understand the miracles of parcel deliveries and I really shouldn't be bitching about something as amazing as a package being shipped across country and not having it take 5 months by horse but FUCKING FED EX DON'T FUCKING LIE TO ME. When I see this fucking asshole delivery guy I'm gonna greatfully accept my package and then wish death upon his first born. And his dog. I hope his fucking dog dies.

I gotta boycott skateshops that ship fed ex man this is bullshit.

i seriously hear you. fedex sucks aids infested gorilla cock. they don't understand the words customer service, their drivers believe its ok to just drop three or four hundred dollar packages unattended on a doorstep because their too Damn lazy to ring a doorbell, and the company refuses to accept responsibility for stuff lost this way, and their checkpoint system means dick when drivers don't bother to check in. so yeah they blow. hardcore.

Also the last time I did 3 day air it took 4 so I didn't like spending that much on extra shipping so this time I did snail mail. Standard ground. I ordered it Friday and it's supposed to be here Tuesday as it says on the tracking invoice. That's 5 days.

I guess I learned my lesson... order 2 days if you want it here in 4. Ground if you want it in 7.

I think it's different in a bigger city. Complaints aren't heard. I use FEDEX hard at my job and same shit happens... not on my dime though.
