Me and my buddy had a conversation about this a few months back. Mark is the Textbook definitely of a great AM skater. The type of AM skater to go to become an amazing professional blader. Granted, we all know he has been skating forever, and that statement is a little dated due to him pushing himself even more, it still stands.

In short, you gotta compare to mark w. in skill level before you can consider yourself an AM. Which most people will find that they aren't even close to AM level. I think people need to re-watch steal this video.

Back about the face wheels, I bought 16 of them at the start of the summer. I skated them in park once for a weekend, 3 of them were completly cored and chunked.
Last weekend I put in a new set and one split a few mm deep and I had another one core on me.
I used to skate to work every day on rough dirty cement when I lived in Kamloops with eulogy wheels and I used/still do skate almost everyday, and it would take 2-3 months to go through a set with proper rotating.

Now I'm lucky if I get to rotate my wheels.

Colin, I don't know you man. I always enjoyed your skating, and hope to in the future. I'm just confused. What are you trying to accomplish by calling everybody out? I think there's a lot of people that would agree with some of what you're saying, but why attack so many people in the process? I'm sure if you saw me skating you'd hate it. I have no style and no trick vocab. But why go through the lengths of saying so? You have influence in the rollerblading world. It would be rad to see you use it to build something real and positive. Obviously there's room for improvement. Isn't there a way to go about voicing those things while not trying to destroy people?

I built one of the old USD websites and I definitely thought they needed to cut back the team, by a lot. Look how well Valo markets themselves with a smaller team.

7 on the international
and 8 AM riders.

i work a job that makes $8.50/hour, which is minimum wage and not enough to live on your own in this area. even with roommates, thats not enough money. my manager has called me retarded before, ive heard them all talk shit about my other coworkers, i dont get insurance through it, im constantly getting screwed with working more than full time hours with none of the benefits. thats what i expect in a low-pay job. just saying. at least you get to rollerblade.
