If your spin is stopping/pausing in the middle, it's not a medpsin, and it is NOT "180 to solo to fakie 180/360/etc", it is all one motion. Both feet are involved in the spin, which they would not be in a 180 to solo to fakie spin.

The proper name is the complete spin amount, from when both feet were still rolling forwards. For instance, Haffey's Killerboots ender would be "Medspin 540", not "Medspin 360".

Yeah, and your back foot should turn 180 and be grounded before you pick your front foot up.....when you get the rhythm right and start loading that back foot properly, you can really launch into that shit.

And this is a good stepping stone trick for illusions.
