Filet and strips for me. Love em. I made a red wine and shallot reduction that I press into butter than gives me an erection every time I eat it.

I will rock pretty much any steak. I feel about ten times more manly when eating steak than any other meal.

NY Strip, Medium Rare.

If I can't go outside and grill, I like to give the steaks a good crust of coarse sea salt and black pepper, pan sear the outside at super high heat, then throw them in the broiler until cooked to medium rare temperature.

Awesome crust on the outside, and they stay juicy as hell.

NB REALYY! MED SIRLOIN?!?! I thought you had taste, how about some boiled leather you limey goon!

Med Rare.

My fav cuts (in the order) Rib-eye, New York, Filet. I like the tenderness of the filet but it doesnt have the flavor that you get from the marbled fats.

The Mike's cooking method, I have almost come to prefer the pan because of the crust you can get on it.

Maybe Medium and Sirloin mean something else in the UK. It is the only logical conclusion.

I was hating on rare, got no beef with my medium rare niggas. Sirloin costs more because it isnt as tough, med here still has some blood dripping from the middle, son. Make sure you got that quality, moist steak aint no chewability issues occurring during your steak eating experience.

Porterhouse medium-rare (more rare) with a side of mash and veg and and a pint of beer at my local pub.

Porterhouse is the best stake. It has both the filet and the strip steak.

But I love all steak, if it's cooked right (Med-rare) then it can all taste good.

As soon as i get the opportunity i'm going to dry age my own. :D Dry aged beef. My mouth is watering.
