i swear to god rollerblading clothing companies are like taco bell. they only have like 5 ingredients, and find 50 fucking ways to put them together and call it something different each time.
i can go to some lame tattoo parlor and find flash on the wall that's more original than that shit.

time to go to the mall and check out what all the 17 year olds are wearing to make sure what i'm wearing is still current.

No disrespect to INRI but that Affliction T probley cost them around 10+ to make which means wholesale would be $20+ which means it would cost $50 or so dollars........
but a regular blank T that is tye dyed the same way JonJon did the go n rolls....is not worth $34. i'm even giving JJ $10 off each one.. and im still doing OK on the profits....
I dunno man im different then most i guess.. even if i was getting shirts for $8 each i would make sure they arent over $25 for the consumer cuz honestly no T-shirt is WORTH more then that anyway.

Damn, that shit is ill. Props to Sean Cullen for coming out with a sick new company and props to Joey for repping dope shit. Although, it might be too expensive for a lot of people, there is definitely a market for a good higher-end clothing company that doesn't mind actually associating itself with rollerblading.
Now, instead of copping the $200 jeans I was about to get, I can get all of this shit, save $100, and support rolling:

very true, i like what denial does, keeping it super grassroots and all, but, i think killgore is selling himself a little short here. clearly you've set a precedent of much cheaper clothing, but why shouldn't denial be worth more? you put a lot of time and heart into something and make shit by hand, you don't think it's worth more than some wal mart shit? i don't know, i just hate when people complain about clothing prices, especially for smaller companies that support what you do.

At least INRI is bringing something a little different into rollerblading, it's not a bad thing, if you don't like it, don't buy it. I don't, so I won't...But the jeans look good.

I'm not going to hate on them, and im not going to go into detail... but they definitly shouldnt be $34 and thats a fact.
And i dont think my clothing shouldnt be soo cheap to buy... i just believe in selling for what its worth...and im not trying to mark it up any more then 100% if that. Its not a high end super graphic elaborate Tshirt like some other brands in the real world who CAN charge $26-$40 for a Tshirt.. but they charge that because of what it actual cost to make.

I don't claim to know anything. I've seen those shirts in person and I've seen denial shirts in person. Thats all I am basing my opinion off of. I don't want to advertise for you or any of your pros and to me all your shirts are signs. You sell people signs to wear and advertise your company, sure that's a great idea and a sound business decision, but I personally would rather wear something that looks interesting. I don't give a fuck about the name behind it or what the company does. I guess I shouldn't have worded my first post in such a dickish manner, but I dont care, thats my opinion.

SOME companies like to get shit for cheap as fuck and mark it up WAY TO MUCH....
some dont.
Some choose to support denial...
some dont.
Thanks to all of you....its been 10 years.
Which you're entitled too..and i thank you for it.
I personally would want to rock something that i support and believe in..and i would like that company to do something good with the funds...like support their team and industry.....which is what we do here at denial..and i think its helped us get 10years into the game.
but thats just me

Giving money to the riders on your clothing company is lame.

Gotta love how the kid with a failed clothing company THAT I ROCKED FOR LIKE 8 MONTHS is talking shit....
I didn't spend any money at all, so technically I didn't fail. I just realized that running a clothing company involved a lot of stuff that I am not interested in at all. Thanks for your 2 cents though.

actually if i recall correctly you basically fucked your friends mom over
if you can call that a friend... worst guy ever
Giving head to the riders on your clothing company is lame.
i like a lot of the stuff. i, like hordes and hordes of other people, am really digging the whole tye-dye bit right now. but yeah i wouldnt pay that much for some no name companies tee shirt. the hoodie is sick and is reasonably priced though and i may get that if i hear good things
needs an advertising campaign though. gotta build up hype before the release dudes
So you're saying that you can't wear something that you decided was cool, since it hasn't been validated by advertisement and the whims of the idiot masses?
well, i already stated that the products in fact are very cool and super trendy
but basically im just on the fence between what killgore is saying about promoting something youre proud of and believe in, and what youre saying about just wearing what i think looks cool and interesting

once again, $34 for a lame design that bites early 90s tourist shop shirts? fuck that. the designs suck. it's not a matter of opinion, it's a scientifically supported fact. and the fact that they are way over market price? these kids must be stupid to think they can sell that crap to anybody outside of their clique.
these kids?? I'm sorry but if you don't know who Hayden Ball and Sean Cullen are

Actually you must be stupid to think it wont sell outside of their clique. A lot of people down here are excited to get some of the shirts. I think the designs are better than every clothing company in rollerblading right now. the only thing that will hold back their sales will be the prices, not the design.

yeah its a scientifically supported fact that you'd have to be lame to not be aware of such ill blading.

I know its like, uh the cool thing to do to rag on every new rollerblading clothing company.
But these arent some basic ass logos from some 16 year old from bumfuck idaho using his allowance to print shirts at the mall. Be glad that a group of rollerbladers put some time and art into some clothing and lets get rid of the other 50 "phrase on chest" companies that carry no clout.

I was going to buy a shirt at BCSD but had no idea what the company was. The designs are sick imo.
