On some tricks it's excessive and unnecessary.
He'll come off of a trick he chilled on and crouch with his knees to his chin like he just did a huge gap.
Which is weird, because if I recall correctly, he didn't crouch much on his ender gap in Green.

It just looks odd, it doesn't make him a worse skater or anything.
