I've been on this diet plan that is apparently suppose to help trigger my metabolism so it can burn fat 24/7 (even while I sleep). Well it's been working. I almost lost 10 pounds in one week.

Anyways this morning I shat liquid fire, but it wasn't exactly water. When i inspected the findings, it looked like a bubbly mix of oil and fat.

It looked like a mixed between this

Breakfast:

2 eggs, 1 sausage.

From 8pm through 4pm: Snack lightly on non-roasted peanuts.

Lunch (12pm): Vegetables NO DRESSING

Din din (5pm-6pm) Rice, beans, ground beef mixed together, topped with some cheese and ketchup.


In almost everything but the lunch I sprinkle some type of natural pepper to assist speeding up my metabolism. Which would explain the burn, but not the lard.



I drink about 5-6 bottles of water per day.

you'll know when you have food poisoning if your weak, nauseated, and overall death feeling.
fever is self explanatory.

I feel lighter, stronger and has a little more energy. This diet makes me weak at times, but at other times I get energy from the natural vitamins from the food I intake.

It is probably just all the gunk you had built up in your system. A lot of what those things are suppose to do is clear out all of the excess shit that builds up in your body so that food can move through you a lot easier.

one time I had intestinal cramps (like I was about to explode diarrhea) that it made me nauseous.. I nearly threw up then immediately shat

After about a week of your diet you should eat semi normally again. It helps your metabolism not go into starvation mode, then after you gain one or two pounds start your diet again. You'll drop weight like "that".
It keeps your body from hoarding energy in fat cells once you go off your diet and jumps your metabolism to work at a normal pace while you're eating less. Basically it prevents the yo-yo-ing of dieting.

On the topic of disgusting shits...

And the next morning my shit was straight black as the night. The rice was sooo good but i can barely look at that shit anymore without thinking about jet-black rancid smelling ink coming out of my ass the next day. For a visual.. see above.. the shit looked more or less similar to the original dish.
