im supposed to pick up a used 50mm 1.8 lens on tuesday.

just wondering what to look for besides obvious scratches and scrapes on body and glass

fungus, that the focus is smooth, check that the aperture blades are snappy

Don't listen to him humphrey knows nothing.

But definietely look out for fungas. Also, should probrally check to see if the aperture blades are snappy.
