Need help finding a movie!

Hey- I haven't been on be-mag in SO long but I remember coming on here and having you guys know the answer to ANYTHING.

I remember watching a movie when I was younger and it involved these people having certain lines they couldn't cross in this building and if they did this implant in their stomach would explode.. it's been driving me CRAZY. Please help.
