What is the difference between a "Full Frame" camera as opposed to like a...non full frame camera?

more dynamic range, larger sensor, bigger viewfinder, better use or actual focal length of lens resulting in better bokeh, typically cleaner images, more weight in some cases, more money, slower burst rate(with canon), actual size of 35mm neg.

Pretty much this.

Full frames cameras have no crop factor, so the focal length of a lens doesn't change which is great for wide-angle lenses.
