no, but i made a weeks worth of egg salad with chicken in it. and i bought 40 packs of ramen
so, thats all im going to eat this whole time.

ramen will not help you lose weight at all bro. i've been good at keeping it at 2 meals a day. been drinking everyday since we started, and i only caved once with the late night snack which was last night....i had a chocolate covered payday. but! i also skated for 11 hours yesterday.

I HATE wheat bread, but somehow whole wheat noodles taste amazing.

but if this is the only meal i eat a day along with egg salad for beakfast. then i think im good. no beer either just liquor.
haha dude i totally researched all of this. i gave up liquor for the month (for now) because i always wash my whiskey down with coke. soda has corn syrup in it, which is worse than sugar. beer has mad calories but also a lot of carbs, so if i skate more, the carbs will help me burn more weight. day 3 and i miss evan williams already :cry:

It doesn't matter how little you eat if you are eating garbage.
If your body isn't taking in enough good nuitrients it is going to hold onto everything you eat and keep you from losing weight.
Trust me, I've tried to just eat nothing, it doesn't work.
You need to eat like 5 small meals a day and only drink water.

Subway is still the shit though. 1/3 of the calories as quiznos.
