I just bought a used D300 body, and I am now looking for Nikon/Nikkor AF prime lenses ranging from 35mm to 105mm.

Let me know if you have any lenses you are willing to part with, along with your asking price. I use PayPal.

Thanks! :D

You have your needs, I have mine. I haven't used a DSLR in almost a year.

I might sell. Having two 50s is pretty redundant.

How much are you willing to let it go for? It's auto and manual focus, or just manual?

Thanks for the link. I don't think I could just create an account and start making offers, people wouldn't trust me :(

Series E lenses are all manual. I could do like $25 shipped.

Actually, I just got a non 'D' one off eBay for $51 in really great shape :D

The seller listed it as an 50mm f/1.8 AI-S E , when it was actually 50mm f/1.8 AF from the 1980s.

Lenses are the most important part. The more you can spend on lenses the better.

I'm a canon guy and L series lenses are MUCH better than anything in the "consumer" range. In everything.

I would still rather carry around a 50 f/1.8 AF-D than any L lens. Way too heavy.

I just got the 50mm f/1.8 AF in the mail, and holy shit is it loud

LOUDEST LENS EVER.

Motor driven lenses are always loud as fuck.

Ah, I see. I was used to AF-S lenses for my work camera (D-40), and manual focus lenses for my 70s era Minolta. This will take some getting used to.

Just got a compact flash card, so I can finally take pictures!

Here's a good one I took of my son this morning :D
