I'm not sold yet. The fact I'm on a shit box blackberry is most likely the reason, gonna try a couple other phones and see what works best

^ same, it didn't really load, I had to close it and restart, it went into the old version. then I closed and tried again and the new version.
However, I like this new version better when fully working.
yeah I liked the old one better loaded alot faster.
still issues on my palm web os device.

General Gossip is taking forever to load on my phone, even using the same wifi that I am currently using on my laptop.
Hope they work out the bugs cause the layout looks good.
Looks better, loads slower. And I need a link to the first unread post of the thread to be satisfied.

It won't go to the mobile version for me anymore. The page loads in full format on my iPhone.

On my phone it loaded as blue text on a plain white background, with the thread titles on the General Gossip page super far apart from each other. And when I tried to post, it just kept previewing the message and wouldn't let me actually post it. Plus, the lack of a "read last unread post" button makes reading longer threads a pain.
I liked the old mobile better.

looks nice, functions not so nice... with a little tweaking it could be great. like other people have said, the inability to jump to the first unread post and the general sluggishness are bringing the suck.

Any tips to get this working on my blackberry? If i got to be.mag.com/msgboard then i get it loading 288k of data then the screen goes white and nothing comes up. :neutral:

Using full version on my iPhone until this wackness is resolved. The full version loads faster.

This is the default mobile version of vBulletin and can't be edited. I imagine it was implemented for safety reasons. Hackz etc.
I turned off sigs to save bandwith and use the full version of the site now. Far superior to the old mobile version and loads as quickly for me once header image and icons are buffered.

The full version loads quickly enough for me but inbeded videos or URL links don't show up for some reason. Thats basically the only reason I come to this site.
it doesn´t load for me either on my iphone with both my 3G or WiFi....

Same here. It works half the time, the rest of the time it gets stuck "loading"... and at all times it sometimes randomly loads the full non-mobile pages.

I just use the full site now. Which kinda sucks on an iPhone but whatever no big deal. Just wish they would go back to the old one.
