ok so basically today i noticed that the back screw on my xsjado which holds the pad to the skeleton was loose. I tried to tighten it but it didn't work because the metal plate which is suppose to hold the screw was moving inside of the pad. So i thought that if i unscrew the other screws that hold the pad i will be able to move it around the skeleton and somehow hold the metal plate and screw the back screw. However it didn't help. Later tonight i decided to do it again, but now all of the screws I unscrewed had the same problem. The plates that are supposed to hold them all move inside of the pad. I tried using tongs to hold the plate trough the pad which resulted in the pad tearing a little bit.
Its not that big of a problem, I mean the pad is ok it doesn't move a lot but i would rly hate it if the screws fall while im skating.

This is the back screw

The thing is that I can't even unscrew them and take them off.
