I have the exact skate you're talking about. They're the exact same. The skin is different fabric, but that's it.

Some pro models are made in Italy (except the schohiros)...the tv2's are made in china and are probably made with less quality.

The plastic they use for the TV and Pro models are different. The Pro models are supposed to be a little stronger and don't get as flexy as the TVs. Even in the description for the Denim Baileys on amall they mention differences in the colored Pro shells used. (too lazy to copy, go to amall and see).

Haven't skated Xsjados but Valos are dope IMO. I don't currently skate mine cuz I need some shock absorption for them and I love my SLs but one day they'll get beaten on.

I have this exact skate, I love. But I never tried xsjado so my opinion might not matter...
