damn i had to show my co-workers that shit. i cannot believe that dude goes out the fuckin window. maybe eight or nine years ago my friend steve had got a hold of some salvia before anyone was really fucking with it yet. i watched him smoke a bowl of it and go into some weird ass shit where he ended up laying on the floor makin noises and shit and after that i was like fuck all that bullshit im not touching it. steve was a heavy acid head and regular smoker who could usually take it pretty fuckin far without a freak out or a hard time so it made me never wanna do that shit. i ended up trying it years later and hated it.

the first time i did salvia was with this dude i knew who ONLY smoked salvia, no cigs, no reefer, no booze, he only did salvia. he insisted that he 'sit' for me my first time, even though most people don't move from their spot, but after seeing this dude drop out a window it's makes real good sense.

Best way to do salvia is in a dark ass room with a song you like by yourself, much better than dumb friends trying to calm you down when in reality they are making the situation much worse by grabbing you and shit. First time I tried it was in extract form (160X I believe) and I had a great time.

Give it a chance, the great thing about it is you know approximately how long you are gonna be zoned for. Seriously though it's not a thing to do on a regular basis.
