I'm working at a billabong retail store in the mall here in Orlando. The pay will suffice, but it's not great. But my goal is to move to management within the next year or so, and do that while I'm in school.

With that said, there are only like 3 maybe 4 people actually older then me.....

The two girls I am training are both 17 and sitll in high school...
