concerning neon genesis evangelion

have any of you seen all the movies?

ive seen "death and rebirth" and "end of evangelion" but until recently i didnt know they also made "revival of evangelion" and made/or in the process of making a 4 part "rebuild of evangelion". im pretty sure the last two were never released in the US. have any of you seen the last two or know anything about them really?

They're OAV's, different story line and in some ways different characters. I haven't seen them, Eva was too amazing and I don't want to ruin it with alternate endings and personalities.

thats a good point i just rewatched the series for the first time in years and it was wayyy better than i remembered. in my opinion the ending was perfect i dont understand how it left people confused or unsatisfied.

anyways i just found the first rebuild movie and i cant wait to watch it :o

I read a ton about it on wikipedia after my first foray and while watching this time so it isn't confusing but it's deep as anything and some of the visuals and methods they use to get you to think about stuff are just plain drugged up. I love Asuka's rampage in End.
