Im looking for a copy of a video called Concrete Summer. I think it was out in 1999. I believe there was a teaser for it on the Hoax 3. Any help would be appreciated.

I heard rumor back in 1998ish that it was supposed to be released in theaters. Me and all my friends were really excited, so we waited, and waited, and waited...
