I think I mis-represented the $5.00 statement. I was taught once, that when you tell a story, and you finish, and your audience has no reaction and your story seems like a waste of breath(typing), you should throw in that you found $5.00 to make it more interesting. This is a theoretical $5 in order to create a response. I thought it was odd that in NYC in the television business, I would find someone who happened to be friends with a rollerblader from long ago, and actually respected rollerblading still, enough so to want to watch an edit of myself. He did give me a free tee shirt with his name and face on it haha. That was the $5.00. Anyways, my excitement didnt translate to your excitement so I added the artificial $5 to feel good about my story. Thank you for all of your concerns regarding this issue, and I will do my best to make sure that it does not happen again.
