Well I don't think that's Billy in that pic =s Doesn't much look like him. Plus if it was I say he'd just be carrying shima's skates as Shima has a lot of shit on him.

It's definitely Billy, but judging by the way he's looking at them and that Brian seems to be fishing his phone out of a pocket, I'd say they're Brian's.

I think we are looking at this the wrong way, Shima is back on USD.
pretty sure this are brian shima's skates, the CO facebook page posted the setup of shima and the skate was exactly like this with the black soulframe.

Check out the link that OP posted. Billy is hanging out with the SSM crew, and there is no one else other than them. Seems a bit strange why would Billy be in their company if he is not riding for SSM.

pretty sure that O'Neil lives out in Oakland with Shima, Bolino, and the rest of the Shredweiser crew (whether that means living in the same house, I don't know) so I wouldn't be surprised if, regardless of this picture, after spending all that time together, O'Neil does join the team. It would be a really good fit for him.

Fish is in a bunch of pictures on the shima site during winterclash.. not saying thats good evidence BUT.. he was not in the 2012 usd team edit.
hasn't been many edits of Fish lately, unless i missed em or something.

Maybe The Conference tried to make him skate a PB setup exclusively and he knew he'd surely eat shit attempting h block tricks and so he bounced.

Maybe he skates SSM now but the more likely reason I would say he hangs out with them is probably becuase he lives with Jon Jon and them.
