I live in a suburb of the Hague and I'd be down for a session! (Hopefully I'll have time.) But there are more skaters and a few concrete skateparks. The nicest one is an inline-friendly park where you'll meet the most locals, at the Zuiderpark. I'd start there if I were you. There's a quite nice bowl at the Ary van der Spuiweg. There's another medium-sized skatepark (but a bit less recommended than Zuiderpark) near the Central Station; Malieveld. For some more (not all) of the spots, you can check this topic on the Dutch rollerblading messageboard: http://rollspots.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=26 - You can also get in contact with more locals there. I'll pm you my e-mail so you can hit me up to see if I and some friends are down for a session when you're here!

Edit:
And of course the Sweatshop indoor skatepark: http://www.skateparksweatshop.nl/
